Payout ratio is not shown for REITs and funds. Dividend growth compares the last 12 months of payments with the 12 months before. "—" means not enough history yet.
Figures are estimates, can be delayed or wrong, and are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find good dividend stocks with the screener?
Start with a yield range you are comfortable with (for example 3% to 8%), cap the payout ratio at around 75% so the dividend is covered by earnings, and require dividend growth of 0% or more so you skip recent cuts. Then open each stock page to check its history.
Why are some high-yield funds hidden?
By default the screener hides stocks and funds yielding 8% or more whose share price fell 10% or more over the past year, because their payouts are eating into the price, as well as high yields we have not checked yet (often one-off special payments). Tick the box to show them anyway.
Why is the payout ratio blank for REITs and ETFs?
Accounting earnings understate what REITs can pay, and funds do not have a payout ratio, so the figure would be misleading. Use the dividend growth and price columns for those instead.
How current is the data?
Prices and yields are refreshed daily and full dividend histories weekly. Figures can be delayed or wrong, so confirm with the company or your broker before you trade.
